Epoxy Resin Treated Fiberglass Web Unindirectional Banding Tape (In According With Shanghai Q/JBQR18-2001) 具有網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)的電工用網(wǎng)狀無緯帶是電機(jī)和變壓器行業(yè)理想的緊固綁扎材料，不僅具有優(yōu)良的柔軟性和粘性，儲(chǔ)存期達(dá)一年(5℃)，而且拉開呈網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)(拉開寬度為原帶寬2倍以上)，不散絲，無疊痕，退卷容易等特點(diǎn)。其優(yōu)良性能還在于具有高抗張，高抗沖擊，高模量、低延伸、無磁滯和無渦流等特點(diǎn)。

Epoxy Resin Treated Fiberglass Banding Tape With Web Structure is an ideal banding material for applying to the electrical machines.This banding tape is not only pliable and slightly tacky but also can be unwinded freely from the spool with out glass strands separation and overlapping.When it is pulled open the web structure will appear and the width of the tape may be extended to over twice the swize of the original.It also can be storaged for one year at the temperature of 5℃.In addition,this product possesses its desitinctive characteristics of high tensile strength,high resistance to shock,high modulus of elasticity and low percent elongation at break as well as no magnetically-confining and eddy losses.

Banding armatures of rotating electrical machines or blocking transformer colums is not the only use of this tape,and also applicable to the large-scale and special type electrical machines ect.Its max pull,When banding,can reach 100N/mm.
